Central Control and Testing Institute in Agriculture in Bratislava (hereinafter called „the Control Institute“) informs authorisation holders, parallel trade permit holders and users of plant protection products that the approval of the active substance dimoxystrobin was not renewed with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2023/1436. As a result of this the Control Institute will withdraw authorizations and parallel trade permits of plant protection products containing this active substance. Authorizations and parallel trade permits of plant protection products containing the active substance dimoxystrobin will be withdrawn on 31 January 2024 while the grace period for sale, distribution, storage, use and disposal will be allowed in accordance with the regulation until 31 July 2024. We therefore recommend the agricultural public to take these facts into account when planning the purchase and application of these plant protection products.
