Section of Plant Production and Testing

Within the scope of its competence in the whole territory of the Slovak Republic, the Section of Professional Activities performs tasks in the area of professional and testing activities, in the area of administrative proceedings, in the area of methodological activities for the control section and in the area of control and supervisory activities over ÚKSÚP departments in the following sections:

• soil, fertilizers and renewable energy sources,

• plant protection,

• feed and animal nutrition,

• viticulture and winemaking,

• seeds and seedlings,

• fruit growing and organic farming,

• registration of pesticides,

• varietal testing.
