Anyone can make a request for information. That means any natural or legal person without giving any reason.

The application must contain
• identification of the liable person - to whom the application is addressed (liable person)
• identification of the applicant - who submits the application (authorized person - applicant)
• subject of the application - determination of the required information - what information the applicant requests to be published
• form of access - determination of the method of access (electronically, in writing, etc.)
Time and place for lodging an appeal
An appeal may be lodged against the decision to refuse the requested information within 15 days of receipt of the decision or the expiration of the time limit for deciding on the request.
